Energy Balancing Sound Treatment

An energy balancing session is a 60-minute, hands-free, fully dressed personal sound treatment that helps bring the mind, body, and spirit back to center.

The harmonics and high vibrations of the resonant metals allow the mind to slow down, the breath to restore itself, and the body to let go of tension. Most participants begin to relax within a few minutes and begin releasing tension. Muscles may contract and flinch as you move deeper into "the between the state" of wakefulness and the dream. These sessions give you a sense of deep, restful sleep and create a profound sense of silence that genuinely has no words for its power. At the end of the session, you are given time to be in the stillness the sound creates...

Ancestral Release Sound Treatment

An ancestral clearing session is a 90-minute, hands-free, fully dressed personal sound treatment using the same techniques as the Energy Balancing Session. This session is designed for the person just beginning the “meditation journey” and finds it more challenging to relax and clear the mind. It is named Ancestral Clearing because this extended session helps break the negative chatter we hear in our minds. More often, the negative chatter is passed on throughout generations and can require more time to move out of the "thinking mind" into a relaxed state.

Private Group Sound Bath

This 60-minute Group Treatment is for groups of 3 or more. Please use the couples session if there are 2 of you. Your group will be showered with gentle sounds of gongs, chimes, singing bowls, and other gentle sounds while lying on yoga mats. Time is given at the end to enjoy the experience and just BE.

Please note this booking must be confirmed for groups larger than six as I need to book a larger studio to accommodate.

COST OF BOOKING
Prices vary for private group sessions depending on the group size and begin at $45.00 per person. Discounts are available for Large groups. A deposit of $45.00 is required to secure a private party. Deposits are refundable when rescheduling or cancelations occur with 48 hours notice.

BOOKING PARTIES OF 3- 7 PEOPLE:
When booking a private party with 3- 7 people, there is no need for additional confirmation as my space is ready to accommodate! I ask that you specify the party size in the notes section when you book so I can be ready for you before you come.

BOOKING PARTIES LARGER THAN 7:
Please specify the size of the party in the notes section. When booking parties over 7, I need to book the large, shared studio to accommodate. Because many practitioners share this space, this process may take up to 48 hours to confirm. I will email you a confirmation when the space has been secured. It is always a good idea to have a backup date in mind just in case another group has booked the space.

Be prepared to lie on a yoga mat on the floor for up to 60 minutes. Yoga mats, bolsters, eye pillows, and blankets are available for use and often set up in advance when I know the party size. Please bring your own or extra blankets, cushions, and pillows if you need additional support to be comfortable.

Private Couples Sound Bath

Private Sound bath for two people.

In this session, we will use gongs, singing bowls, and chimes to create space for silence for you and your guest.

HOW TO PREPARE: Be prepared to lie on a yoga mat for 60 minutes. Mats, blankets, and eye pillows are provided, but if you feel more comfortable, bring yoga mats, eye coverings, pillows, blankets, and whatever you need to be comfortable in the space.

Drink lots of water the day before our session to receive the most out of our time. Wear comfortable layers with shirts free of buttons and zippers if possible. Please avoid mascara when possible.

Shoes that are easy to remove are also recommended, as Yoga Central asks that shoes are removed in the coat area before entering the studio.

Monochord Therapy

1 hr··$85

I will only offer 6 of these sessions per month. This session would be the best fit for energy practitioners experienced in their modality, people experienced in meditation, and those who know and use grounding techniques.

The session will be booked for 60-minute time slots. During these 60-minutes we have an opening discussion, you will lay on a massage table, and the instrument will be placed directly on the body. I will play for 30 minutes. I will give space for silence, and reflection and aid in grounding you.
During the 30 minutes of “play,” the overtones create a sense of chaos.

The chaos causes information stimulation and has been reported by participants as “downloads of information” “Like watching a continuous stream of movie clips.” Many participants reported revisiting past lives, while others plotted the next moves on projects they are working on in detail. Unlike the techniques I use with the bowls that bring us into deep relaxation, this session often brings with it waves of new thoughts, imagery, and information. I would not recommend this to a newcomer to energy work.

This session is very stimulating and will require you to have a strong ability to ground yourself once the session is complete.
